Hale Kamaole - For value, Hale Kamaole is hard to beat with large units directly across from the meadow side of Kamaole III Park Beach and very close to the boat slip which gives the property a great view, and location, and amenities on and off property. It has tennis courts, Jacuzzi, pool and bbq.
 
Hale Pau Hana - Beachfront Hale Pau Hana sits right on beautiful Kamaole II and is directly across from exciting shops and dining. The beach is pristine, and the property very well kept. It is one of the very few and extremely desirable properties situated on the Kamaole Beaches.    ^top^

Mana Kai - Beachfront Mana Kai is a hotel renovated into full condominiums at the border of Kihei and Wailea, just south of the Kihei Boat Slip. Wailea and its beachfront make it pricey, but affordable for the neighborhood and what you get. There is a deli and general store within the complex. It has a beachside pool and 5 star restaurant as well as magnificent views of the very beautiful 1st beach of Wailea.   ^top^

Maui Kamaole - This is the newest and one of the most upscale and spacious condominium complexes in Kihei at the Wailea border. It is low rise, beautifully landscaped and sprawls over a large acreage with two pool areas, tennis courts, Jacuzzi, bbq areas and some excellent ocean views.
